Issues: At a shipyard in the Chugoku region of Japan, various experiments on the hull were conducted using a water flow testing machine that transfers cylindrical specimens. Issues: At Company D in Hiroshima, SUS316 0.4t sheets are processed by deep drawing using a press mold. The required precision is a tolerance of ±0.05. To reduce variability, increasing the clamping force made it impossible to use general-purpose oil, leading to problems such as scratches and galling on the products.
